The setting includes beautiful lush surroundings. the breakfast offered many tasty choices. the hotel gave easy access to the town center via a convenient shuttle. The staff were excellent. they couldn't do enough for you, the spa facilities seemed great i recommend them to anyone. the evening meals were very tasty and worthwhile.
the wi-fi signal was intermittent at times but it did not affect my overall enjoyment.

A Jungle Dream

My five nights here were pure magic. The room had really good cleanliness and the turndown service were thoughtful. Our Valley Beautiful Room Benefit was spacious, complete with a large bathtub and separate shower. AC kept mosquitoes away. I ate at the restaurant most evenings, every dish was delicious, seasoned well, and fresh.
The spa treatment did not quite meet my expectations. I mentioned a specific area to avoid because of some sensitivities. This instruction was not followed and they did not disinfect items, so the experience felt less luxurious than anticipated.

The hotel is close enough to the city center, which make access convenient. The location gives a peaceful retreat, it is a serene oasis away from the busy city, and the hotel feels quiet.

This hotel has great laundry services and ensures a very quick turnaround. Clothes were very clean and had a fresh smell. There is also complimentary afternoon tea. It is not traditional tea, it has chicken croquettes and chocolate cake.

Breakfast is served with fresh fruits. The restaurant gives great views of the jungle and pool. Takeaway breakfast is possible. It is useful if you are in a rush and cannot enjoy breakfast in the restaurant.

the staff was amazing. they welcomed me with a refreshing drink. the room was spacious. the bathroom was nice and very big (it was very nice). someone served afternoon tea with sweet pastries in my room. the pool had a great view over the jungle.
the spa treatments weren't very good. the masseuse massaged my feet even after i asked her not to. the treatments were okay, but i wouldn't recommend getting your nails done (they really didn't know what they were doing).

amazing valley stay
really good serviceguided toursubpar quality
this hotel was great. the staff provided really good service (especially the manager!) and arranged various activities. we also enjoyed a yoga session, a massage, and a guided morning walk through the village.
The spa treatments were not the best. i would advise skipping nail services. The quality seemed subpar.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service. it takes only about 15 minutes to get to the town center. access to the wanna jungle pool bar at the kayon jungle is a plus.
